You schedule a free 30-minute coaching consultation with me, online here.
During the consultation you get to tell me what areas you are looking to be coached in or what issues you need help with and then I tell you how we can achieve those goals together. You decide if that is something you want to do and we proceed from there. Because I do not believe that most of the issues a person seeks out a coach for can be addressed satisfactorily in one session, I may ask that you commit to 5 or 10 sessions to get the most out of our time together.
What Can I Expect?
Expect to do a lot of talking while I do a lot of listening.
My role is to help you find your own solution or your own way forward by asking questions to get you to look at things in a different way rather than telling you how to go about it. I use the Thought Model as one of the most effective ways of helping you get to your goals.
Coaching sessions can be mentally and emotionally exhausting which takes a lot of people by surprise. But don't worry! That's what I'm here for. If you are doing your work, even if it's hard, it will start to feel good. Be ready for that (and more!) so make sure you're scheduling in some self-care after your session.
